PopMerch is a product catalogue and order request service operated by ARMR Ventures Pvt Ltd. We help customers browse selected pop-culture merchandise and submit requests to place orders. PopMerch does not manufacture products and generally does not hold inventory unless explicitly stated.

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into agreements and provide accurate contact and delivery information.

We aim to keep product details accurate, but:

• Product images may be illustrative and may differ slightly from the final item due to manufacturer packaging or production changes.
• Product availability and pricing may change based on supplier updates and currency/shipping conditions.
• We may update or remove listings at any time.

Submitting an “order request” is not a final sale. After you submit a request, we will contact you to confirm:

• availability,
• final price (if applicable),
• delivery options and timelines,
• payment options and instructions.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel requests that cannot be fulfilled due to supplier constraints, errors, or suspected misuse.

Many items on PopMerch are offered on a pre-order basis. Any shipping timelines provided (e.g., “19–25 business days”) are estimates and may change due to factors outside our control, including supplier delays, customs processing, and logistics disruptions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payments may be accepted via secure PayMV QR and/or bank transfer, depending on availability.
• For pre-orders, an upfront payment may be required to confirm the order with suppliers.
• If an instalment arrangement is offered, release/delivery of the item may be held until the agreed final payment is completed.
• Exact payment instructions and deadlines will be provided during order confirmation.

Due to the nature of pre-orders and supplier-backed purchasing, refunds and exchanges are not available, except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly agree in writing (for example, if an order cannot be fulfilled and we choose to reverse a payment).

Items are typically new and factory sealed (where applicable). Some products may have minor cosmetic imperfections from manufacturing or packaging (e.g., light scuffs or discoloration) that do not affect core functionality. Such minor imperfections do not qualify for a return/refund.

You are responsible for verifying all order details at the time of confirmation, including:

• product name,
• variant/version,
• quantity,
• delivery details,
• contact information.

All website content (branding, text, layout, and original assets) belongs to PopMerch / ARMR Ventures Pvt Ltd or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse our materials without consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARMR Ventures Pvt Ltd and PopMerch are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including delays or supplier changes outside our control. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific order (if any), except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

PopMerch is a brand operated by ARMR Ventures Pvt Ltd. References to “PopMerch”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to ARMR Ventures Pvt Ltd.
